In collaboration with Weight Watchers, I will be participating in a three-month stretch of their program. All opinions expressed are my own and results may vary. Participants on Weight Watchers can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week.
Last month, we made the big plunge and Santa brought us a treadmill. A month into my new lease on life, I put together a quick update and we’re nearing the beginning of week SEVEN! Time seems to be flying and my main goal is to take each day as it comes.
With much excitement, I can finally announce that for the next three months, I will be collaborating with Weight Watchers!
Starting with their Simple Start app, I’ll be introducing you to the world of counting points and utilizing all that Weight Watchers has to offer in your endeavors to become the best you! I’m also hoping that Weight Watchers will help me to continue to lose weight, monitor what exactly I’m eating each day and how to best balance my points so that I can achieve and maintain a balanced lifestyle.

In other words, Simple Start helps me by telling me what to eat. I’ve always wanted a private chef to prepare my nutrition. Simple Start makes it that easy, including a grocery checklist for ease of shopping. Also, for the month of January, they offer a series of webcasts from experts. I’m looking forward to next week’s video about Cooking for my Family.
