This week started out strong and is ending on a lower note now. After my Sunday run, I came down with a bout of sickness (aches, pains, and some lethargy), so I’m just focusing on eating well and will be back to running hopefully tomorrow! This past week went well. I ran 5 out of 7 days and successfully finished TWELVE weeks of sticking to the treadmill! Next week will mark 3 months and I can’t wait to update you!
I focused quite a bit on how I was eating this week and really tracking my calories. I also kept up with the #pushupforpaczkis challenge (have to catch up from yesterday) and am excited to treat myself with that this week! So far, I am proud of my progress and finding each week something gets easier. This is a short update, but glad to document the progress.
