Happy February! The month of LOVE and chocolate and for our family – DISNEY WORLD! We are so stinkin’ excited that we can hardly stand it.
It also means we’ve arrived at the first One Month Update since I shared about my renewed passion for a variation on #TreadmillTuesdays back in January!
When a friend shared about Shaun T and Beachbody adding a new Insanity: Max 30, she piqued my interest. She wasn’t pushy or super aggressive about selling me, but told me about it and since we see each other every week anyways, it seemed like a no brainer. Unlike training for the half last year, I felt like 30 minutes was definitely doable and a calendar to follow along would help! So we embarked on a journey of Insanity & Shakeology and haven’t looked back. I’m not selling anything to you – I’m not even a coach, but I have LOVED the results so far! And for the first time I took measurements and BEFORE pictures, so that was a huge bonus when it came time to retrack all those at the beginning of this month. Not to mention the fact that Charlie joined me on almost EVERY SINGLE workout!

Say whaaaaat? I’m SO thrilled with the results and cannot wait to tackle Month 2. Looking forward to gearing up for our big trip down to Florida and the sunshine! What current exercise program are you LOVING?
