Serves: 6

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground chuck, 80/20
  • 1 lb. ground beef, 85/15
  • ¼ c. diced onion
  • 1 raw egg, mixed
  • ¼ cup, finely crushed tortilla chips
  • ½ packet of Kraft Ranch Dry Dressing Mix
  • 2 tbsp. Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Worstershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Kraft Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • Sliced avocado
  • Kraft cheddar cheese slices
  • Homemade onion rings (recipe below)
  • Tomato slices
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • Mixed Creamy Kraft Ranch Spread
  • Large circle pretzel rolls, sliced
Instructions
  1. Combine chuck, beef, onion, tortilla chips, dressing mix, mayo, worstershire sauce, barbecue sauce, and garlic salt.
  2. Mix well and add egg.
  3. Incorporate well and form into patties roughly the size of your buns.
  4. Place two fingers in the burger to form a shallow well.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to grill.
  6. When ready, grill on each side until the burger reaches desired doneness. (We prefer medium rare, so my hubby handles that part!)
  7. Before removing from the grill, top with two slices of bacon and the best part - the cheese slice! Allow to melt.
  8. Remove from heat and let burgers rest.
  9. Place each side of the pretzel bun on the grill to toast slightly.
  10. Layer as follows: ranch spread, cheeseburger, tomatoes & avocado, one homemade onion ring, top bun
