Superhero Shawarma

- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ c. olive oil
- 2 tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. allspice
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Cut chicken into larger chunks.
- Whisk together dry ingredients and ¼ c. olive oil.
- Marinate chicken in oil and dry ingredients mixture for approximately one hour.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees and cook chicken on oiled or tin-foil pan for 15 minutes, turning half-way.
- Let chicken cool and slice thin (like traditional shawarma).
- Pan fry in 1 tbsp. olive oil and additional sprinkling of salt and pepper until ends turn crisp.
