Pumpkin Pecan Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup of Orgain Organic Protein Almond MilkĀ®
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup 100% pumpkin puree
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1tsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
Instructions
  1. Melt 2 tbsp. butter and whisk together with dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, sugar).
  2. Whisk in egg and 1 cup of Orgain Organic Protein Almond MilkĀ®.
  3. Divide batter.
  4. Mix ½ cup pumpkin puree into one half of batter.
  5. Bake pancakes on a heated, oiled skillet.
  6. Candy pecans on the stovetop with butter and brown sugar.
  7. Layer pancakes in your favorite flavor combination.
