In light of Father’s Day, we decided to have Charlie dedicated at church. This ceremony is usually much smaller than a Catholic baptism or christening and we kept things VERY small, inviting immediate family and another couple from our church. Since we knew people may have plans on Father’s Day, we held his celebration BBQ the day before (filled with… View Post
A childhood friend of mine and her sweetheart got married today! Congrats to the lovely couple! The wedding was beautiful! (despite my impromptu reading!)Charlie was babysat by his cousins (and Mimi and Uncle David). It seemed like everything went well – at least that’s what they told me. Charlie tried his green veggies for the first time and he didn’t even flinch! My little human garbage disposal seems to love it all!

During Charlie’s playtime the other day, I found him like this… In trying to reach his toes, he instead reached his socks and promptly put them into his mouth. Daddy and Charlie also came to visit me at work yesterday. We walked over the Highland Queen (a hot dog joint) and enjoyed some summer eats! (Charlie even had his first… View Post
