Grilled Teriyaki Cornish Hens

- 2 Tyson cornish hens
- 1 c., divided, Kikkoman Low Sodium Teriyaki Sauce
- ½ c. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2 teaspoons of Worstershire
- 1 tsp. red chili pepper flakes
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of garlic salt
- Splash of red wine vinegar
- Spatchcock thawed chicken creating a butterfly effect
- Marinate in ½ c. of Teriyaki sauce for a few hours or overnight
- Begin to grill over open charcoal flame, browning and crisping each side
- Combine ½ c. of Teriyaki sauce and remaining ingredients above, whisking together to create a glaze
- When hens are almost fully cooked, begin glazing every fives minutes or so
- Remove chicken from heat and serve with leftover glaze on the side
