Chocolate Milk Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fairlife chocolate milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil, butter infused
  • 1 cup flour
  • ⅓ c. flaxmeal
  • ⅓ c. wheat flour
  • ⅓ c. rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
Instructions
  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Warm 2 cups of fairlife chocolate milk. Whisk in eggs and coconut oil until incorporated.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until mixed.
  4. Heat griddle and use a ¼ measuring cup to portion silver dollar pancakes. Cook on greased griddle until brown on both sides and cooked throughout.
