Happy hump day! With a new year, I’m working on continuing to seek after health and wellness of for our crew. For one of my resolutions, I decided to start working out using the Insanity Max: 30 Program with Shaun T at the helm. Each day, the boys and I look on the calendar to see what is on the day’s agenda. In the morning, we eat our breakfast and then meet in front of the television for our quick 30 minute workout. I’m proud to say we’ve now completed a full week of the program and are looking forward to going the full 60 days. With that in mind, we also have to look for ways to begin healthy snacking and one of our favorite treats is Yoplait Yogurt, especially these greek yogurt varieties which are only 100 calories!
This special treat tastes JUST like dessert and is the perfect treat while I’m doing my daily emails or Facebooking. I love that it’s not going to break the calorie bank, but that it also tastes delicious. I love to freeze this up and it tastes so much like ice cream!
Delicious, smooth, creamy – I love the Yoplait brand and my boys love to lunch on the light versions! It’s the perfect classroom snack or for a before bedtime treat.
