The first year, he fell alsleep. This year, he jumped around in the rain and puddles. The LaPav family was nice enough to snag some prime seats with curb-side rain coverage (most everyone stood under this shelter). The rain seemed to come hard and fast from the beginning to end of the parade and the sun shone brightly after! I got just a few pictures of the festivities and NONE with any major characters (thanks, Jim!) I loved seeing the runny make-up, drenched people, and “melting” floats. Although it was a rainy day, we had a GREAT time and are already looking forward to next year! Kaeli made out like a bandit scoring a ton of candy, 2 frisbees, 1 soft basketball, 2 pens, and 2 t-shirts. I’ve taught her well!
