“Soul Print” by Mark Batterson – a book in review

In just under 200 pages, Mark Batterson manages to take our divine destiny to the next level. In a world where it’s all about the “me” and “I,” this book encourages its readers to explore God’s plan for their lives rather than their own.

With a focus on the ups and downs of daily life and embedding the words with his own life stories, Mark has enabled his readers to catch a glimpse of just what it means to create and work within your very own Soul Print. We learn that we don’t do this alone, but that behind the scenes, a Creator works at creating us to be who we will ultimately become.

The book was an easy read and definitely provided some perspective. As a new mom of 2, I found that it gave me little tidbits to use throughout the day to encourage my own efforts in what my divine destiny might be. “Soul Print” is definitely worth the read and once you get started, you’ll be finished in no time.
