Birthday Banner :: Review

August 23, 2012

I promise a full blown birthday party post for Jim’s 30th is forthcoming (as well as the return of the party-planning showcase), but until then, I’ll give you a sneak peak of the amazing, humongous banner I snagged to have guests sign while at the event.
Signs on the Cheap is a website that specializes in all types of customizable signs for business and personal use. Signs on the Cheap also has other websites {Banners on the Cheap & Magnets on the Cheap} that specialize in customized magnets, banners, postcards, you name it! If you can print on it, this conglomeration of websites can most likely make it for you!

I had the opportunity to snag a 12 x 2 vinyl banner. You have the option to use a current design that they already make or create one from scratch using your own images (or theirs!) Here’s the banner I created:

The banner can be created with holes perfect for stringing and hanging and the quality actually impressed me. The size was quite a bit larger than I anticipated, but I think that’s because I just didn’t think much about how long a twelve foot banner would actually be…

I left plenty of space below for guests to sign and leave messages for Jim below and I loved this banner as a way to personalize and decorate a party! I’m always looking for ways to stretch a dollar. Banners can be sized for your occasion and if you see something you want to create, I’m sure they can do it for you.
