We are winding down our first season as t-ball coaches and Charlie’s first year playing. The Rangers have an even record (since no one wins) and we’ve had our share of parent-related struggles. The kids are energetic, but fun to be around and I’ve caught myself saying There’s No Crying in Baseball! on more than one occasion. Volunteering is hard work and can’t believe that we’ve survived this long! Any tips are always appreciated since many sites liken this stage to just herding cats and making it fun!
