Hello, Weight Watchers!

In collaboration with Weight Watchers, I will be participating in a three-month stretch of their program. All opinions expressed are my own and results may vary. Participants on Weight Watchers can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week.

Last month, we made the big plunge and Santa brought us a treadmill. A month into my new lease on life, I put together a quick update and we’re nearing the beginning of week SEVEN! Time seems to be flying and my main goal is to take each day as it comes.

With much excitement, I can finally announce that for the next three months, I will be collaborating with Weight Watchers!

Starting with their Simple Start app, I’ll be introducing you to the world of counting points and utilizing all that Weight Watchers has to offer in your endeavors to become the best you! I’m also hoping that Weight Watchers will help me to continue to lose weight, monitor what exactly I’m eating each day and how to best balance my points so that I can achieve and maintain a balanced lifestyle.

The Simple Start app is simple to use and allows you to start the program simply with a clear idea of how to start on the healthy track:

In other words, Simple Start helps me by telling me what to eat. I’ve always wanted a private chef to prepare my nutrition. Simple Start makes it that easy, including a grocery checklist for ease of shopping. Also, for the month of January, they offer a series of webcasts from experts. I’m looking forward to next week’s video about Cooking for my Family.

I’ve already received my points per day allotment and I’m ready to go! I look forward to sharing more with you about this journey and this new part of that endeavor. Have you tried Weight Watchers? What are your favorite parts of the program?

    I’m currently a Weight Watchers member and I’m a huge fan/ advocate of the program (and slightly jealous you’re getting to partner with them!) Are you going to be doing meetings as will or just the online program? The meetings are actually my favorite part.

    I love the WW program! It allows you to adapt to your needs, all while eating real foods! I have been doing it online for the last 3 weeks and am down 11lbs

    Been on WW for almost a year – have lost almost 80 lbs. I love it. It is easy, filling, rewarding – the people are wonderful, supportive. I have tried other “diets” and none have ever worked for me the way this has worked. This is not a “diet” – it teaches you to eat healthy and to make smarter choices and how to deal with eating in today’s world.
