Another week in the books and even these freezing temperatures of #Chiberia can’t get me down! We’ll be exiting January this month and I am proud to say that I am full speed ahead with sticking to the plan I started at the beginning of December! Some days, I want to move into hibernation mode, but I try to get up and at ’em as best I can. I can DO this!
Finished my fastest 5k to date – 36 minutes, 19 seconds – we’ll see how that translates once I’m able to move off the treadmill and into the outdoors (so basically in June, right?)
Hosted a family party that was virtually stress-free AND I had enough energy to clean everything up and enjoy the remainder of the evening AND run two miles after everyone left – what a difference in how I usually feel with full-blown exhaustion!
Climbed 71 laps in preparation for the Fight for Air Climb in just a little under two weeks!
Started my school season and so far am still making exercise a priority!
