That moment when you don’t want to wake up and run. When you stay up WAY TOO LATE watching Grey’s Anatomy on Netflix. When you would rather DO ANYTHING THAN RUN ON THE TREADMILL.

And then you sweat it out. And do it. Just because.

I feel the burn. And I feel ALIVE!

Treadmill Tuesdays - Week 19

Personal victories of the week: Holding a plank for one minute and a wall-sit for 1 minute 15 seconds.

Just when you think it’s all for naught, you emerge victorious. Can’t wait for the next adventurous weeks ahead – some surprises around the bend!!
