I’m pretty proud of this motley crew. They are cute, strong and drive me crazy, but they are mine and I couldn’t imagine life without them.

When it comes to the holidays, we are bogged down with parties, gifts, cookies & treats, leaving little to no time for healthy thoughts and recipes! I find that we always look to January when it comes to reinstating healthy habits and in the interim, we miss out on the opportunity to make healthy choices in the moment right then and there!
