Day 1 || Blink. || Day 2, Part 1 || Day 2, Part 2 || Pin-Trading || Day 3 || Day 4 || Day 5
Happy April! Thankfully, just two more days to capture, but it seems like time is FLYING! It also strangely seems like we just went to Disney World yesterday and Charlie has already started the countdown to a possible February 2016 trip!
Since we had already been to Magic Kingdom twice so far, Friday was a relaxing day filled with our favorites & highlights.
Tomorrowland Speedway with this crazy driver
DUMBO! (This is one of those VERY distinct rides that I remember when I first went at the age of 5) We finally convinced Charlie (and daddy) to give this one a try. I laughed so hard when Jim’s Dumbo just couldn’t quite make it off the ground.
Quite the view from this height!
It’s a Small World! Jack was worried we wouldn’t fit through the tunnel. Jim was just hoping that the song would finally come to an end.
Up close castle view! Gosh, it’s beautiful!
Buzz Lightyear. Again. This time with a FastPass. Jack rode this about 10 times throughout the week.
The longest wait we had any of the days was for Peter Pan. I remember flying around with pure white neon socks (thank you, backlights) and checking out Neverland from above. One of the benefits of the wait during this ride is a bunch of special highlights from the movie, including finding Tinkerbell getting into some mischief! The wait said 80 minutes, but we only ended up waiting about 45 minutes. This was one of my highlights because it brought back vivid memories!
If you’re interested in this one, I highly recommend getting a FastPass. We never saw the wait less than 60 minutes!
A relaxing ride on the Liberty Square Riverboat! Perfect for when you need a break from the walking and just want to sit and take in the scenery! It was a bit chilly at the top, but we LOVED just sitting!
I spy Rapunzel’s tower!
A quick stop in Gaston’s Tavern – Y-U-M!
A little wrestlin’ around outside!
We had FastPasses for the Electrical Parade, so we stopped for some sweet treats!
But we didn’t even make it to 8:15 p.m…so we decided to call it a night! (Thankfully, we had seen it previously on Day 4!)
Just a wee bit tired!
It was a full day filled with fun, our favorites and remnants of my childhood memories!
Do you remember your first ride when you went to Disney World?
