It’s no secret that I love dogs. Puppies, doggies, canines, however you refer to man’s best friend, I love them. Our new house is on the smaller side, so a doggy is a deferred dream for now, but our kids LOVE enjoying the company of fur cousins and family members (and for my fur babies and fur nieces and nephews). Ready to meet our fur family?
First, meet Violet.
The boys’ fur cousin is a mix and full of boundless energy. She loves giving snuggles and running around in the backyard. She’s always quick to look for quality time on the couch together when we visit. (Did I mention that when I doggy sat her this summer, she insisted on sleeping ON TOP OF ME? I think it’s love).
Next, here’s Bandit.
My one brown-eye, one, blue-eye doggy nephew is a beautiful, gentle soul that loves hanging out on the beach with my brother and is as sweet as pie. After a recent visit with him in Georgia just last month, I’m convinced I’m his favorite for real.
Our last furry friend is one of our favorites. When my friend first got Nandi, I was convinced that I was secretly her mother. I often joked that she preferred me over him and I think that’s probably true. She’s beautiful, extremely sweet, and he makes sure to give her nothing but the best.
She fits in perfectly as one of the boys. She was also the most serious of the three.
