If someone had told me a year ago that I would be in the business of putting outfits together, I would have laughed you right out of the room. I like to think of myself as an accidental fashionista – with more emphasis on the accident than the fashionista parts. I’ve talked before about the inspirational business of LuLaRoe, but as much as I find the business helping other women, I also find my confidence growing because I’m able to finally wear clothes that make me FEEL as good as I’ve always imagined I do on the inside.
Remember walking the halls of the mall when literally every store was designed for someone about one-fourth your size? Have you run through a store looking for a shirt to pair with that skirt you’ve had for months only to be left with a frumpy option because of size constraints?
I have spent YEARS on clothes that “just worked” and did the literal bare minimum job of covering the parts they needed to and possibly fitting the occasion and praying that I faded into the wallpaper because that’s about how exciting the clothes I put together were.
But now? It is literally SO RIDICULOUSLY EASY to put together an outfit that a) makes me feel amazing, b) looks like I tried, and c) is like wearing my pajamas. I am not sure it could be much easier than that. My current obsession? The Carly by LuLaRoe because it goes with all the things.

Each of these outfits use some of the same base pieces and took LITERALLY four minutes to pull out of my closet. Fashion that saves you time while also making you look fab? Sign me up. I became a fashionista by accident.
Of course, this fashionista side could just be all in my head and you really think these outfits are the worst.
In that case, just call me the accidental fashionista according to myself and enjoy watching the fashion-clad chaos along the way.
