Named for two of my favorite guys (SWOON) and also my PokemonGo alter ego – it has given me new life in 2018. Call me Zef, Call me Samantha, Call me HEY GIRL – I’ll answer just the same.
It is a work in progress (like me — AHEM domain URL), but it’s going to be a WILD ride! A mixture of inspiration, fitness, fashion, and honesty – I hope you’re ready for the best year yet!
